My stay at this hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were modern and beautiful, but some areas needed attention and upgrading. The service was excellent, although perhaps a bit too attentive at times. The location was lovely, but there were some issues with timely room service. The dining experience was top-class, with delicious South African flavors, while the facilities were generally good.
Stepping back in time with tasteful and comfortable rooms, divine pool, and sun lounges, but with tiny and dark interiors and a faulty mini bar fridge. Great room with a little terrace.
